Bonjour , Je ne peux pas jouer forza, j'ai ce message qui apparaît et ne veut pas se connecter un profil alors que je connecte.
Je ne trouve pas de solution qui devrait le faire s'il vous plaît.

The Xbox one will require an online connection once in 24 hours.

That means, if your internet connection doesn´t work, you can´t play Xbox, not even single player games.

This is a great letdown.

But thank you Microsoft, you made my decision easier to change from Xbox to Playstation after 5 years of loyalty

and 82 games.

Edit I understood what was the problem finally I think. I download the Forza Hub application and there too I can not connect.

So this is where is the problem I have a gray square that opens to connect and there it closes and impossible to connect. How to fix this problem ?

I have done some manipulations before but also nothing changes I try to reinitialized the application, to create a new user and I am obliged to give the same address because I can not create me microsoft account. Then I download forza hub on this user there
too and nothing changes. So I do not know what to do, thank you for help please it makes 1 month that I have problem and that I can no longer play.

The first error message is: "Login required

You can not continue without being connected to a profile. " (Forza Horizon 3 )

Then the second is just when I click on the connect it does nothing. (Forza Hub)

I'm on windows 10, I only have digital.

Currently I only have Forza Horizon 3 on the windows store so yes, there are no Forza that do not work.

No other problem with my other games.

I have exactly the same gray square for forza horizon 3 but it does not last long, half a second I would say, here I have time to take it in screen

 

Edit: I start my windows in minimal mode and nothing changes, I do not understand why it does not want to connect, one would say that there is something which interrupts or blocks the connection ...

I had already done it's manipulation and in doubt I just restart them but, I get an error for the windows store: "The cache of the Windows Store has perhaps been damaged"

Then for the other solution, all is up to date ...

 

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. You mat reset the Windows Store cache. To proceed, kindly perform the following steps:

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.
3. The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.
