    Hello, I have connection problems with the Xbox application under windows 10. The error code is (0x046) I am not more details. But when I go on the service tool I realize that
    it lacks several services.

    How could i get them back ?

    First thing to start with is checking for the latest software and driver updates. The two services
    you have listed for Xbox are the two basic services that are on there, with additional services, such as "Xbox Live Game Save" and "Xbox Live Game Monitoring" as additional services I have on mine that aren't in your list, and there is no path to directly
    install those manually, that would come down with instillation of a Xbox Live enabled title on your machine.

    I would also recommend looking
    through this thread and checking if solutions provided there help.

    - I do not know what you mean.

    My headphones are these: Stinger FX 70 H

    and I plug them in like any other headset.

    In the green the audio and in the pink / red the microphone.

    Thanks for that info.

    The Moderate NAT it definitely an issue and we would need to clear that up first before seeing about additional causes.

    When you went through the guide we shared were you ever able to get an Open NAT?

    Have you tried port forwarding the PC and opening ports for the app on your router?

    If none of the steps worked from the guide for the NAT issue I recommend reaching out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) so they can assist with clearing up the NAT issues on your network.
