Connection problem with my EA account

You will be needing to reach out to EA in this case in that way they can check the in-game account connected to your Xbox profile so you can use it in signing in.

when playing ea games on console it usually created an ea account and linked it,

select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox account, you can then see which account its linked too, you can unlink if needs be but make sure you want to do this.

Ok I have this problem too but I am pretty sure I did connect it to a different email account. EA's been around a while and I have had several accounts. For example I believe that my mass effect 2 is connected to a EA account but I can’t get it to tell
me what account it was attached to. Is there somewhere in the xbox or on my account I can find what EA accounts are associated with it?

You may have to contact EA directly, explain the problem and maybe they can help. There may be a problem with your EA account or the gamertag connecting to the servers.

BTW, Has anyone seen other friends on Battle Feed?...For the record, I have my Battlelog enabled, no problem...Also, My EA account is linked to my original live email and my EA xbox 360 persona is connected..
