    I have a xbox series x and I have been trying to play warzone 2.0 I was able to play yesterday for a bit then it signed me out for no reason my wifi is fine and I have xbox live I don't understand what the issues is I tried getting customer service but no one has contacted me back is there a service outage or something that keeps popping up as well

    Update!

    With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
    expensive.

    It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
