Connection issues since upgrading. Please fix this. Looking at giving playstation my money tbh.

I've had a look through your forums and know that you have MANY people with the same issue, I've seen reports that it's not unique to series x, but I am having no such issues on my xbox one x. It refuses to sign into YouTube most of the time, tries to synch my data EVERY TIME I START A GAME and fails to do so at least 3 times each synch attempt. Very often it'll just outright refuse to load the shop (i would actually like to buy things occasionally), basically with the odd exception of actually getting into a game which is as rare as rocking horse dung, I'm very much regretting my Series X purchase.

I don't want help because I know there's nothing I can do. I want you to fix your service.

Sounds more like a network connection issue.

If you're using a wired ethernet cable to connect to your network hardware, try using WiFi instead or vice versa.

Check the physical state of the ethernet cable for crush damage and ensure its correctly seated in the socket of the console and network hardware. Replace cable if you find any damage.

I'm with you.... Xbox if you read this.... I'm about done paying for a service I can't use... I want my money back... selling my xbox and going to pc or Playstation since you all won't fix this and give us (me) the run around of the century

Yeah for a extra £10 it's a bit much in my opinion, tbh I'm giving this years a miss completely, I don't think enough has changed to upgrade and I already have most of the courses for 13 so may just buy up the couple I'm missing with the money saved.

Yes, I too was planning on buying this game, now with the recent Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes news, and find myself disappointed at not being able to. Get it fixed, Microsoft, and take my money. Elsewise, I'll have to look to the Playstation Store for
this particular game. You had my money, now you can only lose it.

Please fix this.

They need to give us MICROSOFT MONEY every time this poo happens... Because some of us enjoy playing games on there days off work and playing games with there kids and what ever.

And microsoft has lots and lots of money so spend some and do some good upgrade to fix these issues...
