Connection issues (Microsoft Side)

Hi all.

I currently have an issue where my xbox one s will not load fortnite and a couple of other online games, just loads the start screen and goes straight back to the home screen.

I have done a network test and it tells me it is fine, but there is a problem on the microsoft side.... (description below)

Could this be the cause of my issue of games not working, as it is telling me to renew my xbox gold also, but if I check out my subscription on the unit and on the xbox website, it is telling me I am current until October (which is correct).....

Is there a way to get in touch with Xbox support directly?

Side device connection

I have an external sound card M-Audio Fast Track Pro that supports S/PDIF standard, but connectors on the sound card are two coaxial RCA (out/in). Xbox One supports S/PDIF standard too, but connector on the console is Toslink. Can I connect this two devices
and how I can do it?

Microsoft Bingo Connection Issues

I get server connection issues error message when I first open the game and while I am playing which then causes me to have to catch up once it connects again. Or sometimes I just lose the game altogether. Really annoying.

This issue has been going on forever, it's not due to any recent server side issues. It also manifests itself on specific PCs and not others, even sharing the same network connection. It's 100% a client-side issue, but the problem is Microsoft is providing absolutely no suggestions as to what client side settings or hardware/software combinations could possibly be responsible.

no, this guide doesn't help, it's Dashboard OS issue, not console itself! I think it's related to xbox live connection on Microsoft side and bug in Dashboard OS

Whilst that says there isn't much in the way of XBL errors, there definitely is a problem that is ongoing. It is Microsoft side issue and not your side.

Keep trying to log in, I took two attempts to connect.

Update: I just verified that the ipad version is able to connect to my multiplayer world. However, trying to connect to the ipad game is not possible because of the aforementioned issues. It looks like a microsoft sided problem.
I have emailed Mojang with a transcript of my first post to see if they have a solution or maybe are able to escalate with Microsoft.
