Connection issues after updating

Hi,

I have tried to check my network settings like you said but the issue keeps coming. When i load up Halo Wars 2 it will load to the menu section but something will pop up saying connecting to servers which will then fail and the pop up will go to which in
the top right hand corner a tab will appear saying connecting, connected then disconnected. Here is the screen shot. Thanks for all your help,

Thanks for the image, Thomas! Are you able to grab those detailed network statistics for me and post back with them? This will give me a starting point to focus on with the connection.

My current detailed network settings are the following:

Download speed: 19.08 Mbps

Upload speed:5.90

Packet loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 156ms

Wireless strength: 94%

I'm sorry to see any connection issues! We haven't seen many reports of this. Are you able to clarify on when you get the disconnection, and what exactly happens? For example, you launch up the game and then it disconnects you with an error message. If you
do receive an error message, having a screenshot of that will help out a lot.

It will also be helpful to take a look at your network set up to ensure there's nothing going on there. We can start with your detailed network statistics, and if I need anything else I'll ask. You can get these by going to Settings > All settings
> Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics.

We'll be able to start from there. I look forward to working with you!

Hey awesome! Glad to hear it's behaving and thanks for letting us know what did it.

You will be unable to connect to live without the latest update, it is a requirement so no work around in that regard. Although having said that you said you downloaded the update, was it just unsuccessful?
