    After purchasing gold card and game pass. I redeem the gold card on xbox 360. the live pass would not redeem until I went on my pc to do it. I called and was informed that xbox 360 dose not use game pass. and after asking for a refund I was then told that
    it miss information and it does work. me and rep look up games that should have been free with game pass and none were properly downloaded .cted not to purchase through thexbox 360 or Microsoft store but was giving a url to an unsecure link and was forced
    to put in password to account that had already been logged in un pc previously when I realize it was not secure and question the rep. the phone was hung up in my face and when I tried to call back I got a message saying that the office has closed only minute
    after the phone call. im also having issues where my system says my xbox live is connected but has service alerts no other system in the house has this issue. and im randomly showed im offline after logging in. or being logged out while streaming or browsing
    the internet. Because it keeps informing me I am unable to play multiplayer games or chat in partys after redeeming my xbox live. we tried lowering security of router so that no ports should be closed or blocked. we have power cycled the router and xbox on
    more than one occasion per week and nothing has solve this problem. my account shows that my desktop laptop cellphone and xbox 360 are connectced to account but when tring to install an app it only shows laptop. no other devices are are givin for oiption.
    And all of the suden my mac address for the internet is showing the same crazy mac address starting with 00: I have changed the router and still after call with another indian Microsoft rep. it still saying the same mac address. Every time we call the phone
    just rings as if its not a customer service number. or it will hang up on us. can someone give me a proper number to call about these issues.

    You seem to have multiple issues, but your description make it difficult what exactly your issues are.

    As far as I understand, you bought Gold and Game Pass, but you "only" own a Xbox 360?

    In that case, return the code to the store where you bought the Game Pass from. If they don't accept returns of codes, then I'm afraid you're out of luck.

    Or did you buy Game Pass on your account through the Microsoft Store? What information was missing for the Game Pass Refund?

    If you actually managed to redeem GamePass on your account, you still can NOT use the Xbox 360 games on your console. On the Xbox One, the licensing system allows for "rented" games, like in Game Pass, where you can download and play games as long as you
    have a Game Pass membership. If the Game Pass membership ends, the games stop working.

    However the Xbox 360 only knows the purchased licenses, where you own a game forever. So even if the Game Pass contains Xbox 360 games, these are ONLY for the Xbox One in backwards compatibility. They won't work on your Xbox 360.

    As for your system showing a service alert: Sometimes parts of the Xbox Live service aren't working properly (like for example recently an issue with FIFA 19).

    The Xbox 360 is unable to show what part of Xbox Live has issues, so it might be possible that all your devices worked fine despite the console showing a service alert, as this won't affect you unless you wanted to buy or play FIFA 19.

    But the part about the "crazy" MAC address is something I don't understand.

    If you have accidentally set a custom MAC address, you can go to the console's network settings, and under the additional network settings, set the network settings back to factory defaults. This will also reset the custom MAC address.

    If that issue is something else, please explain it in more detail.

    No sorry let me explain better ok I got my boys two Xbox One S with 1tb each. So I decided to give one of the old Xbox 360 to a neighbors child and decided to keep the other Xbox 360 for my self. I have a Hp stream with windows 10 laptop. as well a Compaq
    pc with windows 10. So you can tell I love Microsoft products and I trust them 100%.

    I just had some unusual very disturbing conversation with a customer rep that represent Microsoft. Now I called to ask about what should I do about the game pass I bought for my self I paid for 3 months on that. plus I bought the 3 month gold pass. The customer
    service rep 1st said that didn't show but its on purchase history. then she said it couldn't be used with xbox 360. she put me on hold phone hung up. she called me back

    saying was a mystake. ok im fine with that. what worried me was that she redirected me to a Microsoft page. had to re enter my password and asked me if I knew my password duh!. after I put my password I realized that the Microsoft app page was not secured

    when I said hey this is not secure Microsoft is always secured. she hung up in my face and when I called back I got answer machine saying office close right now. I tried several times to call to no avail. This was at night time. Now what should I do. But
    only my xbox 360 and account is going cookoo. what should I do.

    If it's possible that you entered your login credentials to an insecure website, please change your password and secure your account.

    To do that, go to
    https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage


    There change your password. Choose a secure password. For example, instead of a Password, think of a sentence (like "Since I don't trust my old password, I choose a new one!"). Now take the first letter of every word, which gives you "SIdtmop,Icano!", a
    complex password with upper and lowercase letters and special characters.

    After choosing your password, scroll down further on the page, and enable Two Step Verification (TSV).

    With TSV enabled, you also should see a section where you can set up an Autheticator App. If you have a smartphone (Windows Phone, Android or iOS), simply follow the instructions to install the free authenticator, and link it with your account.

    With TSV and Authenticator App, the Live service will ask you for a confirmation code whenever you (or a hacker) tries to sign in on a new device. Since only your phone can provide the confirmation code, the hacker would have to physically steal your phone
    to get into your account.

    Be aware however, that the Xbox 360 can not (yet) work with the Two Step Verification code. Instead, you will have to generate an App password on that page as well, and use that on your Xbox 360 instead of your regular password.

    If you follow these instructions, your account is secure again, even if you accidentally gave away your password to a rogue support worker that might have tried to steal your password.

    And since you have Xbox One consoles, you can then use your Game Pass there.

    Xbox live February update has made my Xbox have severe connection issues.

    Well we thought it was working because I was going through an isolated time when I can connect for more than 2 minutes so the rep scheduled a call back to check on my issue. But shortly after our phone call i was disconnected from live. So it's still unresolved.

    Same here. I'm on the phone with them now. DirecTv rep says it's a microsoft issue and that reps from Microsoft have told him to expect it to be up within the hour....
