    "Connection interrupted" in Halo MCC matchmaking (plus I get temporary bans??)


    When I try to launch a multiplayer game in MCC on PC I get to load a game until it gets disconnected with the "Connection interrupted" prompt. When making other attempts to find a match the game temporarily bans me. Any way to fix this problem

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    Are you using windows 10 or 11?
    Is this happening with the Steam or the Microsoft store version of the game?
    Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different game something similar happens?

    And, what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    In the meantime please tell me what’s your NAT type.
    For this download and open the Xbox console companion app > go to settings > network

    I have pretty much given up with Halo MCC on PC, does the same on steam too, also can never finish halo 2 multiple level with a friend as it always gets connection interruption or just outright crashes, 343 are a disaster along with microsoft.
