CONNECTION FAILURE

S O M E O N E H E L P

For the last three days my Xbox has been having a serious issue.

As I’m mid game, my controller suddenly dies( They are not dead they are new) . I then suddenly get kicked from online. This continuously has been happening.

Even if I just leave the controller on and don’t move anything or open an app, it’ll still disconnect along with the internet.

The pattern seems to be first the controller looses connection, then so does my internet. I ran the test for online and they come back, “It’s all good”. I restarted my Xbox, updated, hard reset, and left it unplugged for a day along with the router.

STILL NOT WORKING.

I’ve had it for three years and it doesn’t seem like the type of problem it should randomly be having.

AM I BEING HACKED ? Or does someone have the solution ?

Connection failure

yeah , it deletes it from the console the you retrieve it from xbox live . or the cloud , but I'm still thinking router problems , what kind was it?

Hi,

You may have GT assigned to your controller, when your controller turn off so your account sign off and live connection lost.

Try remove controller from your GT

Steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under Kinect & devices, select Devices & accessories.

I have had the same problems in logging in and unlocking achievements, connection failures, it must be general failures that randomly affect players

No, they're up, but I keep getting randomly kicked from matches for no reason at all. Can't be my connection since nothing else hiccups when I play online. Pretty irritating considering I do well and I get tossed back to the main menu with nothing to show
for it. Kicked out of parties when playing it too. NAT is open and everything so I guess their servers are just being a real pain lately.

I would just be deleting the profile from the console right? It wouldn't actually delete my xbox account?

How exactly are you unable to connect to your WiFi?

Do you get a specific error message? Does your WiFi SSID (network name) not show up?

Is the Xbox One connected to the WiFi but does not connect to the Internet?

What network hardware are you using?
