Bonjour,

nous sommes 3 sur le même réseau wifi . 2 des XBOX sont capable de jouer ensemble, par contre moi lorsque je veux rejoindre ou envoyer une invitation cela me ramène au menu store, comme si je n'était pas titulaire du jeu. Nous avons essayer de connecter
un autre compte et ça a fais la même chose... Pourtant le XBOX fonctionnais très bien avec l'ancien propriétaire de celui ci. Donc je n'arrive pas a comprendre pourquoi je ne suis pas capable d’accéder au mode multijoueur en ligne avec mes amis.

VintageLegend, did you get all these consoles on together?

Did you purchase the game you are attempting to play on your account?

Are you able to play any other games on your console online?

-there is one acount who was on the three of them, 2 xboxs acount are links together, there a sharing there xbox live and games. The xbox that im using is the old xbox of one of the other person.

-yes i did, and before that a restarded everything on it so now im the main acount on this xbox

- im actually loading call of duty so i'll try soon. But we tryed to connect an other acount on it and it didnt work either. And if i connect my acount on one of the other console i could play online. So i really thing is the xbox that have a probleme

Hi Fox,

Thanks for the update. This is most likely an issue with your card or account. Are there any cards in decline on your account? Owe anything from previous subscriptions? Ever get any charge backs on account? We recommend requesting another call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
