Connecting Xbox PC app through proxy server

I live in rural America, no access to broadband, my only method to put my PC online is through a 4G proxy server. I cannot connect the Xbox app to my account through the proxy, I cannot find proxy settings in the app. Is there a way to do this? CMD prompt?

That thread is relative but unresolved. The last suggestion was free vpn, not a valid solution for me or the original poster

hmm you could try using a US proxy in your xbox/router which should connect you through us servers but at the cost of connection speed and ping and $ (paid proxy) of course

Could it be their internet connection is going through some sort of proxy server which is outside their state and the IP address that is being seen by the system is that of the proxy server maybe.

and The Only Fix for this is connect your Xbox 360 To Proxy Server using your Laptop or PC

but i don't know how to do it yet but i am using a Proxy to comment here if i didn't use it i will not been able to connect to Any Xbox Service
