    I just got an Xbox one and want to try and connect it to my Blizzard account. Is that something I can do? Help!!

    Everything on Xbox is account based.

    Hi Andrew. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Because the account connection is created on Blizzard's system, along with your in-game data, Xbox has no control over the account connection and if your data will be wiped when reconnected. Only Blizzard would be able to reconnect the accounts and bypass this. I am sorry Andrew, but in this case all I can advise is reaching back out to Blizzard Support for further help with this.
