    I'm having a lot of trouble connecting my Xbox 360 to my new smart TV. The HDMI cable is connected and the gaming console's light is green. My problem is that the Xbox gaming screen won't load on the TV and I'm not sure why? I'd appreciate any guidance in
    figuring this out

    Make sure you're using the correct port and you select the right Source with the TV remote to display X360 screen.

    you should be able to, but picture quality will be reduced. (its also fairly cheap way to find out)
