Connecting my kids microsoft accounts to xbox

I created an organizer account for myself, and member accounts for both of my kids and myself through Microsoft. All of those accounts are appearing on the Xbox under settings/family. How do I create Xbox accounts to link to those?

Goal is for myself and both of my kids to all have our own Xbox user iD’s.

Also, just gave it a shot following the instructions on the link you shared – thanks again – I get to the family account settings and the kids are already listed there, I click the button to add them to the Xbox, I enter their individual password, but
then the screen stays gray and nothing seems to happen. Thoughts?

Eureka! I tried again, after adding kids passwords and using the “add to xbox” functionality under settings/family mgmt/, i then waited 30-45 seconds, then hit the main xbox button the controller, and then was able to see that the kids had been successfully
added. I then adjusted their access settings, and went through steps to assign each kids account to their controller. Next up i’ll try to figure out how to share games we’ve purchases across any users in our xbox.

Thanks for sharing this, I will try it now. Question – when I am first signing in, should I do that with my organizer ID or with my regular ID? I’m not sure if I’ll be able to add the kids successfully without going in as organizer.
