    Hi.... I have just bought a horizon 182256 gaming chair for my son for Christmas and we cannot connect to xbox1, it has a lead with red and white cables and a smaller lead with a green topped lead with smaller red and white leads

    Can anybody help please

    Hmm, my Google fu fails me for trying to find info about that chair so I can see what cables you are referring to. The only option that I can think of is if your console is connected to TV or receiver that has standard audio RCA outputs then you could try
    connecting that to the chair (white to white and red to red, I don't know about the other cable without seeing a description about what it is intended for)

    Hi SpikyPanther5,

    Those cables sound like audio component cables and unfortunately the Xbox One uses HDMI for audio and video, or the chair would need to connect using USB or wireless for it work on an Xbox One. The Xbox One does not have any component inputs so that chair
    will not be able to connect I'm sorry to say.

    a lot of gaming chairs aren't compatible with hdmi audio sourcing, so they require the console to be connected via av/scart. you could as an alternative for the sound plug in the chair to the headphone port on the tv.
