Unfortunately that's not possible, you need a capture card for this purpose to make a connection between your PC and the Xbox.

You wont be able to. Your NOTEBOOK wont have a HDMI input and you cant stream to it without windows 10

As others have stated, there is no way to record your audio while using the 'record from now' function.

I stream to mixer and that captures my mics audio, and it's really easy to do too.

The only other alternatives to a capture card is to stream directly from your console to Mixer or Twitch, or use the Xbox App on Windows 10 to stream your console's audio and video to the windows 10 device, then you can use some other software to record,
or stream. ( I hope that made sense).

I would personally stream the console onto a Windows 10 computer and record it there using Xbox Game DVR (Windows Key + G). Quite annoying because you need a computer, but on the other hand it's also quite easy to do.

Now by doing this will it also record the game chat audio without having to use an outside streaming source like twitch or mixer?

To use a headset while streaming. Plug your USB headset (or microphone) into your Windows 10 PC or your chat headset into your controller before beginning Game Streaming. Your headset must be selected as the default playback and recording device on
your PC. To access this setting, open Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, and then select Manage Audio Devices.
