After further research and consultation, we have known that the common causes of this problem is Outdated Driver, Corrupted File System.

Kindly try the methods below and let us know if it helps. You might have performed some of the methods listed below so please feel free in skipping it.

• Update Xbox Elite 2 Controller

• Install pending Windows update
  

1. open Windows Settings
   
2. select Update & Security
   
3. on the left pane, select Windows update
   
4. check for updates then RESTART NOW to install the update
   

• Perform DISM || SYSTEM SCAN - click this link for the complete guide Using System File Checker in Windows - Microsoft Support
  

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then selectYes.
   
2. Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and complete.)
   
3. After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully," type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
   
4. After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit and press Enter.

Hey, I have a wired ethernet connection to my PC and my ping it is 6ms.
