Connected but no one can see me

I am trying to play Forza Horizon 4 and I am logged in and on the internet, even talking to the guy I want to play with on discord. However, I can't connect to the forza servers and everyone sees me as offline but I can see them. If I try to right click to join, it crashes Forza.

I have already restarted my machine and tried re-logging into xbox.

Go to settings>Gaming>Xbox Network and send me the test result, please.

After the result, click "fix" and try playing again

Press the Windows Button then type Services.
Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.
Then select Run as Administrator
Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager,
Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service,
Gaming services.
Do this with each of the services listed above.
Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Then try the game again, please.

I did that, and some were disabled. However, the problem still persists.

Perhaps there is something in settings that is blocking it or not set to broadcast? Have you looked through there?

Yeah your privacy setings must be blocked.

go to settings--->Privacy---->make sure its selected to adult or go into customize and make sure online status is selected to everyone or friends only.
