j'ai une console banni le gros problème elle refuse de connecter un compte et rien ne fonctionne ni app ni jeux et impossible de contacté microsoft il n ya pas une service clientèle fiable

Bonjours a tous je rencontre un problème avec mon compte xbox one je vous explique: j'arrive a me connecter a internet avec ma xbox mais quand je veux me connecter a mon profil sa me met un message d’erreur donc impossible de me connecter a mon compte xbox

j'ai un soucie de connection au jeux order of chao , je ne sais pas avec quel log faut t'il se connecter ? le gametag+ le mdp de mon compte Microsoft ?

car quand j'ai connecter mon mail Microsoft a mon Windows phone sa ma crée direct un compte sur Xbox game sans me demander de crée un mdp pour se compte en question et j’avais un gametag genre (player000000000)

pourriez vous me dire précisément avec quel log se connecter SVP ??

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, customer support is unable to assist with this type
of concern. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. You will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums.

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account
can connect to the Xbox Live service from the affected device.

Please note that banning an Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device does not disrupt the underlying functionality of the device, and it can continue to be used offline following the ban. For more information about using Xbox One offline, visit

Xbox Live Device Bans for more information on the console being banned.
