try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up

then follow the instruction of the game to continue.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this difficulty trying to play Pro-Evolution Soccer.

I would say that if it is not letting you progress past that point, then you might want to try the troubleshooting steps outlined in "My Xbox One
game won't start or freezes during gameplay" as it helps with several in game issues.

However, if everything is normal but you are having problems with getting unto the server itself, I would refer to the developers
Konami for this game problem.

When you get a chance, give those steps a try and let us know how that helped resolving the issue.

It used to be PES servers had a two year lifespan (i.e. the 2017 servers would shut down early 2019). But now they cut it down to 1 year.

PES 2019 was released on August 28, 2018. There does not seem to be an Xbox 360 release though, according to what's listed in the

Microsoft Store.

If you want to continue playing PUBG and PES 2019 after this weekend, then you will have to purchase the games and also subscribe to Gold.
