    Connect to Edge DevTools Protocol for UWP application


    Question:

    There is a way to connect to "Edge DevTools Protocol" using a web socket or through a dev tool client like chrome-remote-interface ?

    Why:

    We developed a UWP application using web technologies and would like to cover it with E2E tests.

    Currently, we use Xbox Device Portal REST API for the installation / sending keys to devices, but for interaction with HTML side (page source, find elements, execute js, etc) we inject a custom JS that provides us access to HTML/JS part of the app but we would like to replace that part with DevTolls protocol which should allow us to get rid of dedicated for automation builds

    We assume that Xbox should support something like that because when we ran the app in debug mode through Visual Studio an interface that look like a web inspector is shown (but didn't find an article/documentation on how to attach to it)
