Thanks for your answer, but it didn't solved my problem. The connect button on the controller doesn't still react, when I push them and so I can't connect to the adapter.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to work with this difficulty trying to connect your controller to your PC. I can definitely see how this could dampen one's gaming experience. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page

If you don't mind me asking, have you tried another controller yet?

If not, give that a shot as it could be a good indicator of whether the device experiencing problems is either the adapter or the controller.

rainbow six Vegas 2 funktionierte nicht auf der one zeigt es es ist etwas schief gegeangen ....... auf dem pc das selbige, auf der 360 der Code ist ungültig habe dann den support call verwendet und mit dem Mitarbeiter gesprochen die haben beide codes geprüft
der von Las Vegas 2 funktioniert angeblich laut test bei mir aber nicht.
