yes you can move your xbox live account on the new 8.1 account, now you would need you delete the xbox live account on the 8.1 account to put the one with more G points on the computer account

go to these links:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

and:
support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

and if you get an error:support.xbox.com/.../error-message-msa-linked-to-other-account

that should do it!

Hey there. It seems like all the other profiles on the Xbox are working but yours isn't. If I'm correct, I want to have you try a couple things.

I want you to delete your profile ONLY, clear
the system cache three times (important), then try downloading your profile again.

When you are logged into this gamertag on your console go to the settings tab. Select account and scroll over to account information and select account security option. Here you will have an option to change the microsoft account associated with your gamertag,
but it will also show you the email address that is associated with the gamertag as well. I hope this helps.
