    We had to create a new PS five account. When I try to connect my current Microsoft account, it says it is already connected with an old email address from 10 years ago. Is there a way to use my current Microsoft account with my new PS5 account?

    My account will not Connect

    Hey there. It seems like all the other profiles on the Xbox are working but yours isn't. If I'm correct, I want to have you try a couple things.

    I want you to delete your profile ONLY, clear
    the system cache     three times (important), then try downloading your profile again.

    Post back how that works. And good luck!

    When you are logged into this gamertag on your console go to the settings tab. Select account and scroll over to account information and select account security option. Here you will have an option to change the microsoft account associated with your gamertag,
    but it will also show you the email address that is associated with the gamertag as well. I hope this helps.
