Confusion On Gamerpic Report

So, I'm aware of the guidelines, and the only people who can respond to my questions is the Xbox enforcement team. But here goes nothing..

Recently got a notification saying I have been banned over my gamerpic. I'm a bit confused, seeing as I've had this picture for a few months now. I know pictures should not have nudity, violence nor illegal things in them. Which it did not (the picture in question, should be linked/shown here) Am I missing something in this picture? It's the upper chest (above breast level) and the face. I tried to appeal but was slapped with "it's pornographic"

Though, the more confusing part is, if it was pornographic in nature, wouldn't it have been removed and defaulted to a Microsoft Picture instead? I changed it myself, just in case of future incidents. But still, am I missing something?

That's odd, I've more or less figured my old gamerpic was pushing it. Either the expression or overall tone? But I'm not sure about yours, we can only speculate. It's up to the enforcement team, Only tip is to be very careful on what you choose, even if it doesn't bother you, it may bother others (and the guidelines)

Would be great to help you, but as you already know the only way to appeal to enforcement actions is using the website
We can only guess here and its not going to change the result

You may need to wait until your ban gets lifted

Haha, yeah. I figured as much.

It was a four day ban, which seems a bit excessive for first time. Thank you for the reply, I'll just be careful in the future and crop more of the picture to be more of the face? (Face-filled? Wording is weird)

I'm guessing the lower bit of the photo may be too much? Not sure, but thanks for the reply
