Confusing rules often changing, not always accurate PASSWORD

Today: I'm signed into MS Solitaire Collection, finish the challenges, want to play again, change my sign-in. I', acknowledged as the new player. New Name atop of collection. But in the box where the days challenge is listed I get a variety of messages from:
" Internet Connection Required " ( one exists and is working ) " Try again later " " no games available " but perhaps most perplexing is the GREEN box that says XBOX and SIGN in. If I click on that it takes me to the sign in window that I just used to sign
in: a larger window that says Xbox live. First lets get you signed into xbox live NEXT that leads me to 3 players names: one for me, one for my bro, one for Mom. All seem to be remembering the passwords so whichever is chosen I am welcomed and told who was
last signed in and that my games are being kept in the cloud. But there are no games to play at least not that cycle every 24 hours. I can play all other games that are no part of a ranking.

Worst of all is trying to sign in directly meaning using outlook for instance to check email. I often get messages notifying me of " unusual activity and worse of all getting locked out because my PW seems not to be recognized.

I also seemed to have lost my connection with " friends " where a few " friends " and I have exchanged pleasantries.

I'm sorry to hear about these issue's you are experiencing. I'd be happy to try and help.

As far as not being able to play ranked games or getting disconnection error messages, I recommend uninstalling MS Solitaire and then fully re-booting your PC with a

clean boot before installing the game again. If that didn't help, I recommend going over to the

MS Solitaire community to get feedback from other gamers.

If you are getting unusual activity messages plus getting locked out, I would recommend changing your password from the security section of account.microsoft.com and try to not use too many different devices when signing into your account since that can
trigger locking of your account if you cannot verify the account.

Can you further explain what you mean with the last sentence?

it's not always accurate as every so often those things are updated i.e. it can be a cumulative of time that you already had and it was not yet counted

Always use a strong password mixing numbers symbols letters capitals and change everyso often 6 to 12 months or so bump with the other ambassador with 2 step verification and always have enter password when signing in and buying from store and dont share
details ever of your account when round friends.

Mines always moderate , opens up every so often but there's nothing I can do and those guides confuse me lol

Agreed! The word "Sony" *GASP!* comes up far to often a=on these forums despite the rules and it's always the same few names next to those comments.
