    Confused ....... submitting a new problem report


    Seems I can't add screenshots (the Images & Video option is greyed out), but how am I supposed to submit a new error report when it gets stuck on the errr, New Problem Report screen? (been stuck on it for 30+ mins so far)

    My Xbox One S doesn't load games.

    I see. If it is only happening to a few games, please report the issue using the Report a problem app so that they can investigate it on their end.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

    Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

    Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

    Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

    Xbox Series X will not output DTS Digital Surround from DVD's

    I reported the problem using the Report a Problem app a week ago. When it was done, it showed a toaster indicating the report was successfully submitted, but I cannot find any evidence that it was logged. I got no emails and I do not see any way to view problems that I have submitted. How can I tell that my issue even got submitted correctly?
