Confused on why microsoft rewards isn't available in my country/region (Israel)

It would be a regional issue. Content is not available in all regions and with Israel being a newly supported country, most content has probably not been released there yet.

If your country or region is not listed in the link above, this means that your country or region is not involved in the microsoft rewards programme , and as a result you won’t be able to launch it(open it).

Israel is not an officially supported region of Xbox LIVE. This is why you are getting this message, and will continue to receive this message. There is no way to solve this issue until Xbox LIVE officially adds support for Israel.

The current supported countries are located here and Israel is not on the list.

Xbox rewards has now been merged into the
Microsoft Rewards program and providing this is
available in your country this may be why you get the message.
