    Confused on why I don't show as qualifying for a reward


    Under MyMissions, for the Freedom Rewards, for the FreePass reward of 2000 points, I show 0 earned.

    I might just be confused about how to qualify for the points.

    On July 1st, I purchased:

    Question regarding the Simply Rewarding offer

    Hi,

    I activated this mission from the email Xbox sent me, and have made purchases amounting to nearly double the qualifying amount this month, yet on the rewards page this missions not shown as even half-way completed. I am contused as to why it does not show
    that mission as completed & was hoping somebody could explain that to me.

    Thanks for any time & help anybody can give with this.

    Hi theunit1982. The games listed in the Xbox Store qualify as well. We do not have all the games on display on the Rewards site, but all Free-to-Play titles qualify. Sorry for the confusion.

    I have'nt got any of my gamer points

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    and I should've gotten my rewards for buying stuff for the free to play games because I qualified for all the free games Rewards just like I qualify for January but still is not showing up on your end and you guys told me that this would be fixed back in
