engage.xbox.com is where alot of Microsoft marketing-type emails come from, and it is a valid domain to receive Microsoft-related emails from.

sorry to hear. Yes, it's sometimes confusing. Please check if the computer user logs in with the correct email (this should be the appropriate microsoft/xbox account) here: Settings/Accounts/Your Info/. This is then usually the one (email) used by the Store
app and this should then be used on all XBOX apps. You can check and change this in the upper right corner of the screen under Account/Settings.

It should of course be the email that has a valid ultimate subscription.

Yes, OzGoDzmontlvo. There is no option for us to validate the Microsoft email address using the username or gamertag.

if your parental email no longer exists you will need to contact xbox customer support and tell them about this. They will probably need to speak to your parent. They will gather some info and escalate this for you. If it definitely no longer exists then
they will create a new parental email for you.

Please go to login.live.com first and select cant access your account. When you enter the email above the characters box it will tell you if the email is a valid Microsoft account email or not. if it is not valid there then support will help you. It is still
valid you will need to try to reset the password as xbox support will not be able to change the parental email if it is still valid.
