    Confused by promotional e-mail about receiving store credit


    I received an e-mail at 3:02 PM today, titled "You just earned Xbox Store credit" claiming I received a $2 credit for Xbox Store from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but when I click the "REDEEM NOW" link it simply takes me to a blank redemption form (at this url: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom).
    There was no code provided so I have nothing to enter and no way to access this.

    I received a reference number from a support rep (Al B), who redirected me here: 1381184313

    Xbox rewards says im an overlord

    I received an e-mail saying I was a "legend", 25,000 to 49,999 gamerscore. But I didn't get any credit in the store.

    Hi there swifty!

    Sorry to hear about the issues with promotional credit. Just to verify, can you check your billings page for your recent activity? The promotional credit should pop up.

    and if that doesn't sound relevant. Look around your E-mail and see if you can find the e-mail regarding your promotional credit.

    • Note: It can take up to 10 weeks to receive credit.

    Promotion: Halo 4 Microsoft Store Pre-Order Pulse Armor (or something along those lines that describes the preorder promotion)

    You should receive an e-mail reply like I did within 2-3 business days. See how that works out for you.

    That $10 credit you're referring to would be store credit for the Microsoft Store that you should receive via e-mail. If you haven't received your store credit, I recommend reaching out to
    Microsoft Store support. They'll be able to best help out.

    Hello. I am from Germany. 2 months ago I visited the Xbox.com Homepage. After this I received an E-Mail because of my Gamerscore and about a reward promotion. This Reward promotion was about getting a coupon for amazon to buy a new XBox One for me
    or some of my friends. I forwarded the coupon to a friend and he bought a new XBox One in the promotion period. As written in the E-Mail, my reward should be the game "Ori and the blind forest" But until now I did not get the Download code. I checked the details
    in the E-Mail and everything I did was correct, so how about the promotion and the download code?
