Confused about my points and cash earned.

How would I know how much I have in my account after the points have been deposited? Meaning how do I know how much I have to spend?

I know they got rid of the points but im still confused on how the convert the point I get from my rewards into cash right now I 4000points what will that come to in cash and how is it coverted also can I use this to buy the shark cards from gta v

Xbox Rewards not working

Good afernoon,

The xbox rewards program is not working at all on my account.

I have about 13,500 earned credits, but i never could cash them in because i just couldn't.

This week i finally could cash in some credits but it's only like 3100, while i have 13,500 total earned credits that i never cashed in.

And if i look at the not cashed in credits list it says i have only 900 unused points while the program never worked for me.

Should not have been legal for paid by cash memberships that Xbox decided to turn into points, to expire. I paid for a membership and that refund should have remained in my available cash!!! I did not "earn" this cash! I understand points expiring but not
cash. Xbox/Microsoft basically stole my money!!

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. You're talking crap.

You don't need to spend any real money at all. REQ packs are bought with REQ points or cash. Thing is you never have to use cash because it doesn't take long to earn the 10000 REQ points needed to buy the gold REQ pack.

Just playing one game can earn you enough to buy a bronze pack.

Actually I've spent $0. I earn about $25 in points per month just doing the offers and collecting the points in the rewards app and game pass app. Cashing out 46,000 points for games that are on sale to get an extra 4,000 points back is a win win.
