About Confirming Age

Hi This is Sue.

I'm Korean and I'm here now in America, Wisconsin.

I wanna use xbox music, but I have to confirm my age.

But here's the problem.

I can't confirm my age via I-PIN because they require my phone number and it doesn't work.

Becuase I had to stop its activation to use my phone in here in America.

So, how can I confirm my age?

I really want to use Xbox music App!

Age verification in Korea

I just bought my Xbox One and I'm trying to set everything up but I'm stuck at age verification. It leads me to a Korean website, ipin.siren24.com

im a us citizen, I'm stationed here and apparently this site verification is only used for Korean Citizens?

Any help in JUST verifying my age? Pretty disappointed, I feel like I' wasted my money on this.

Another option would be to fill out the Age
verification form.You cansubmit proof of age by filling out theAge verification Request.

After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.

Doesn't help..... It ask me to confirm my age before it will log me in and it opens a Korean log in page

I was stopped at Game Pass for age confirmation. Game pass directed me to go account.xbox.com for verification. I loggin to account.xbox.com then it asked me put last 4 digit of the mobile phone number. After putting 4 digit it sent me with code to proceed to age confirmation.

Once i clicked age confirmation button, korean website popped up.

On reddit or on microsoft website, there have been multiple complaint of same happening.

I can tell you my microsoft ID, can you just confirm my details?

I have this problem as well. I just bought Dark Souls but I cannot play because xbow live wants me to confirm my age, which I cannot do because the confirmation is in korean, even though I live in Finland. I have no idea what to do. :I
