    Greetings!

    on your PC to access the Internet, then the simple connection method do not work. The Xbox are by design not able to do this on its own. However, there are solutions for this.

    This page explains how to port forward for Xbox Live:

    It obviously depends on the router as some are slightly different...there should be a page in the router's manual about it. You should be able to sort it out without needing to phone your ISP

    I recommend calling your ISP and asking to open these ports.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    Also ask to put the IP of the console in the DMZ zone, if you need additional ports this function will take care of that.

    If it will not actually allow you to move tabs over then I do not have an answer for you, but checking to verify that you are actually stuck could be covered:

    1. Are you sure you're not on the "Additional Settings" tab? I know this may see like a dumb question, but it needs to be asked. If you are seeing PPPoE Settings, Advanced Settings, and Restore Factory Defaults...then you ARE on the advanced settings tab.

    1a. If this is the case, then you need to highlight "Advanced Settings, Host Name, Alt. MAC Address" and press the A Button..then you MAC address will be displayed in the left hand pane.

    2. Try rebooting the system and using another controller, a wired one if available.
