Buenas, estoy teniendo problemas en con algunos juegos online como forza horizon 3 porque no puedo unirme a partidas multijugador, juego en PC, en la configuración de red de mi la app de xbox pone que tengo la NAT moderada y la conectividad bloqueada y creo
que se debe a este error.

Hmmm, Hatton Error suggests that you have a NAT problem on your PC. However, I can see in your screenshot that it's Open but blocked.

These friends are also on PC, correct? Have you been able to connect before? And just to clarify, you do not have any of the anti-virus programs that the support article you posted lists, correct?

One thing I would suggest trying is another internet connection. If you can, use your phone as a hotspot to connect to and see if your Status changes. The NAT type might change, but I want to see if we can get that as something other than blocked for now.

Server Connectivity. Please go to
Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer

What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity? Do you see the option to troubleshoot or "Fix" the network
on the page for the Xbox Networking?

Hello,

I, as well have a very persistent problem connecting to the Xbox-Live Servers from my Windows PC (Version 1809 Build 17763.1). I first encountered this while trying to connect to the Forza Horizon 4 Multiplayer Service.





So far I was able to fix the issue with the Teredo-Adapter and Opening my NAT-Type to Open, but the Server-connectivity remains blocked no matter what I try. The Guides above were all followed through very diligently but to no solution it seems. Te Services
required in the table are set up correctly and running. As I'm running GDATA Internet Security I first thought this might be the problem causing it, but with a lot of workarounds I added both the Xbox-App-Executable as well as all required ports to the whitelist.





The green checkmark indicates that the connection was established and allowed, all these ports were showing up while running the connection-test. The blacked out parts are irrelevant to this case as they are linked to my local NAS.

I also port forwarded every Port on my Fritzbox so that that couldn't be a limiting factor





Yet with all this set up I still get the "Blocked" as response and can't connect to the Multiplayer. I tried rebooting / power cycling my PC and Modem, the automatic solution of Windows in Settings > Games > Xbox-Network (which actually set me back one step
at first), all the mentioned guides in here and elsewhere I could find. Hope you can do something with all that information and help me find a solution.

 

I have the same issues. It doesn't seem like Microsoft has an actual fix as to most of the PC side has had these issues for 2 years now.

 

I figured out that the GDATA AntiVirus is actually causing my problem. After deinstalling it everything is working just fine, but that's not the solution for me.

Edit: I contacted GDATA with my concern and got a reply with a workaround. They didn't state if this will be fixed in the future though.

"The behaviour you described is known to us and can be worked around by uninstalling the firewall module for the time you're connecting to the XBOX Live Servers. To do that go to Windows Settings > Apps > D DATA Internet Security > Change."

Just follow the program and uncheck the Firewall
