Condoms in friends list

Let me be clear, I'm not referring to followers, the list of people who added me as a friend, I'm referring to the actual friends list. On my friends list there are a bunch of random accounts who I am following and don't follow me back, that I did not follow back. I'm scrolling through my friends list and finding accounts I have no recollection of, that I haven't messaged, and when I click on them it says that I follow them and they don't follow me. Why is this happening for some of the I can see there are some games where we could of encountered eachother, but it goes beyond that. One week my friends list is 85 people the next it's 105, and there's 20 new people that I'm following who I didn't add that don't even follow me back. Can some one help me figure out what's going on? Some of them I remove only for them to reaper moments or a day or 2 later!?

Gamertags that you don't know on your friend list could be because your friend has changed the gamertag, you won't be notified when a user change the gamertag so that could be the reason for having gamertags you don't know

About they reappearing could be a synchronization situation, you should try to remove the account from the device then power cycle the device and add the account back
