No one can get your account banned, well only yourself. So if you do nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

Its been confirmed 100% that there will be no tuning in this game just like Burnout Paradise. As most know, MW2012 is pretty much Burnout Paradise 2.

AFAIK there is no tuning in this game. Which is fine with me too!

Basically Window Dressing as I said, Now that BlackBox is gone we'll be lucky to receive non-burnout based NFS in Near Future that said they are great @ what they do for extremely arcadey racers, but need for speed use to kind of blend both arcade/sim crapterian
fails @ that if Hot Pursuit 2010 is any indication but I'm gonna @ least give The Most Wanted Remake a try some of the need for speed unlimited crew has had hands on with the handling model and it gives me hope but since the previewer playing never got to
play any NFS before Hot Pursuit 2 I'm still a little concerned if they remove the Deadzone in the steering for sake of bashing into other racers it might be good, ease way up on craptastic drift on swivel mechanics with some semblance of reality, check this

Please. The so-called "tuning" is nothing more than a fancy way to say "your vehicle will be upgraded as you progress so you can handle all the non reality of taking on a whole police force!"
