    I don't think Atheist is considered profane, so I doubt you have anything to worry about.

    After playing against someone in an execution match and beating them beyond belief I received 2 voice messages. Both from the same person complaining about us beating him and how we suck and blah blah blah. I responded with a voice message: "hahahahahahahaha"
    . The person replied calling me a "***" and threatened to file a complaint against me for having an offensive word on my gamertag. ATHEIST.

    I MUST KNOW. WILL I GET BANNED?

    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

    Sorry but Xbox has nothing to do with game specific bans. You'll need to contact the developer to get it sorted out.
