    I was recently on a 2 week suspension witch accured on 10/ 13 / 2017 and ended 10 / 28 / 2017 during that i made a case review and was upheld . During that time was thinking everything was final on the 28th as noted now im being told there was a extension
    put on my account for communication. Well aware during this time im already under 2 bans prior to the 13th wasnt never noticed or email sent too clarify it happen ive tried too see bout case review but nothing is showing on my account stating the extension
    on ban or anything

    Glitch with enforcement?

    It's a suspension extension. Extensions are not listed on the enforcement site for some reason and are not eligible for a review.

    If the ban has been extended the enforcement site will update eventually. Until then there is nothing you can do as the enforcement team does not use the forums or phone support.

    Thank you for replying to me, it really make my nerves cool off but I’m trying to contact them and it says I should receive a call in 3-2 minutes but no call was shown.. does Xbox even care at this point or do they just can about the money?

    I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.
