    I am concerned and confused to why my account has been suspended, some support would be great!

    My account was suspended

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    Concerened about my account being suspended

    The only people that can look at the reason your account was suspended would be the xbox live enforcement team.

    They do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor any chat.

    The only way to reach them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and through the case review process.

    Not in this forum. Suggest you check your email for a Microsoft explanation of the cause for the suspension.

    If there is none, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

    but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    Anyone know about accounts being suspended?

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings, so no one here would no specifically why you were suspended. Basically with the information you posted, you had something in your profile that violated the Code of Conduct.

    Yeah mine now shows I'm suspended instead of permanently suspended but no date on when it ends

    It's just frustrating not being able to play any of my purchased games on my account.
