Comunications Suspensions

Hi

My sons account has been hit with comunications ban for 24 hours, for what I believe is an unfair ban. His gamertag is CalTDS.

My son was playing Sea of Thieves with his friends. A random gamer joined my son and his friends party. He was asked to leave as they just wanted to do missions and what not with each other. He refused to leave so my son kicked him from the party, he kept
repeatedly re-joining the party, basically trolling my son and his friends and poking them with a stick. My son got really frustrated and told said troller that he was acting like a spoilt brat. My son (who is 9 by the way) was then subjected to profanities
being hurled at him from a teen.

After he had berated my son, he has then reported my son for abuse. So hes provoked my son, gotten a rise out of him and theb reported him like it's some sort of game or something.

I have spoken to chat support and they have pointed me here to resolve this. Dyring the conversation the person I spoke to 'Bea D' also agrees that he would have retaliated the same way my son did! (Chat log ref: 1421918342)

Any help would ve appreciated.

Comunications suspension

I was suspended for one day from XBOX live comunications ending Jan. 6th, it is now Jan. 7th and still cannot comunicate etc ion XBOX live.

For your information I was playing a rated Mature game when this happened. I am seriously regretting buying three XBOX ones and accounts fot myself and family.

My Xbox One comunication ban

About three weeks ago I got a Xbox one comunication suspension. I had also gotten my Xbox online play privileges suspended, but that ended a week ago. I still have not gotten my comunication suspension lifted, and I can't see the date that it will end. Im
trying to see if its a permanent ban, or if it is just a longer suspension.

For information about his suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com however, since it is a 24 hour suspension it is not eligible for a case review.

If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on the other player via the console. in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

If someone harasses you just report that person or block him from comunications.

If you don't have any active suspensions, then remove your account from the Xbox console, hard reset it by holding down the power button from on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds.

Then restart the Xbox and add your account back and try again.

I have tried this at least three times and every time there has been no change and it still says I can't use comunication features.
