Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

They don't provide phone numbers or email addresses.

Thanks again for replying. Sometimes it may take a while to get the call back as the time that was listed is an estimate, but you will be called back when an agent becomes available. The calls will come from the region that you made the request from so if
you're in Venezuela, you will receive a call from a support agent from that region.
