Have you tried Port Forward Xbox LIVE network ports as follows:
portforward.com/.../Xbox_Live_360.htm Make sure NAT feature is enabled in the WAN setup. If UPnP is present in the LAN setup, disable this feature.

HaglePer is correct!

The Comtrend CT-5372 has router built-in to this device and since you connect an additional router to this device, (Asus RT-N56u) your connection will be NAT'd twice for traffic forwarded to your Xbox. This scenario all make sense with a symmetric NAT
behavior/strict NAT.

Could you therefore verify if your Comtrend CT-5372 is operating in bridge mode.

I was trying to do a Port Forward on a Comtrend Router Model# WR-5882 and was unable to find any information as far as screenshots and step by step processes. I have looked at Portforward.com and in the forums. If you could please add any information on
this model or point me in the right direction to find it, that would be greatly appreciated!

Ok so first I would check the comtrend website to find out if there is a later version of firmware available that you can try out (don't bother if any built in checker on the router, its better to check the website) if there's an update please install it
and see if it will work with just UPnP

If that does not work (or there is no update available) please turn off UPnP then create a static DHCP lease in Advanced/LAN on your router so your Xbox gets the same ip address each time by entering your Xbox mac address www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../202-where-do-i-find-my-xbox-mac-address
and an ip address you want to reserve

Then setup port forwarding to that ip address you have reserved using this
portforward.com/.../Xbox_Live_360.htm (its the closet match to your model)
