Computer missing multiple (at least 40+) dll files required to start game

I recently bought and downloaded No Man's Sky off Steam. But when I tried to star the game, it didn't work. After multiple reinstalls and file verifications. I decided to manually start the game using it's .exe file in the folder. Doing this gave me a 0xc000007b error. When I checked what dll was missing using dependency walker, an incredibly long list of missing dlls. I've tried redownloading the latest .Net, directx, and Microsoft Redis. I also ran sfc scan now to no avail as well. I've disabled my integrated graphics so my main graphics card is definitely the one running it, and I've checked to make sure that Vulkan can run on my computer. Also I checked to make sure all my drivers were up to date. At this point I have no idea what the problem could be so any suggestions would be great.

Exactly my friend, it's very weird.

But to be honest, Forza Horizon is just buggy. The developers now that but they're not doing anything to fix it.

Several players says that they can play the game normally for weeks, then all of sudden it starts to crash and never (or almost never) return to normal.

In my humble opinion as a system development student, it's probably something with the game database on the computer (or on registry) that can get corrupted and normal uninstalling methods do not remove it.

Or maybe a library file (.dll file) on the Windows/System32 folder that is corrupted by the game. Some .dll files can get corrupted when used by some games and installing the original again can solve the problem. But to find out which .dll file got corrupted without the game generating an error log is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

This seems to be a .dll missing required to run the Realtek app, you must contact the software Support probably, in this case will be Realtek, to ask for a download link of this file or another probable soft you could need to run the app, other option could be looking for the .dll on the web, but is always better to askt the developer as will be safer

1. Goto your web browser and search 'Arbiter.dll download' and download this dll file

2. After that cut file

3. After that go to this path 'C:\Windows\System32 ' and paste it

4. Now restart your computer

5. Try to play (wait for game start)

6. Enjoy!
