Computer Crashing Problems

Hello,

My computer has been crashing a lot recently and i really dont know what to do to stop or fix it

here is the last crash report: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0x0000000000000004, 0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1e67c80f-fe05-4589-9b66-2f1d7ba01cdf.

Any advice I'm really out of my depth

Have you tried to run a system scan?

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

If any error is found, follow the prompts to fix it.

Then use the DISM command.

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

So i just updated my computer and it seemed to work, but after a bit it still crashed the game. I'm having problems in the hornsworth hq building and the airport I believe. Other than those it doesn't crash

Even the PS4 will crash too OP. No computing system is safe from crashing at all. It that some crash more then others.

I gave up and did a fresh install of Windows. It did fix the problem, so it was something somewhere on my computer that was causing the crashes. Not the easiest way to fix it. but for me it was worth it.
