    bonjour

    je viens de m'acheter une xbox et je souhaitais reutiliser mon compte d'avant

    Ayant oublié mon mot de passe je fais mot de passe oublié

    je confirme le code de securité reçu par mail et maintenant on me demande le code recu par sms

    cependant ayant changé de numero de telephone je ne peu le recevoir

    ensuite on me demande un code de recuperation a 25 chiffres que je n'ai pas non plus

    je tourne en rond et je ne peu plus rien faire, ma boite de reception est egalement bloqué

    merci de m'aider

    Paramètre/Compte/Abonnements/XboxLiveGold/Prolongervotre abonnement/XboxLiveGold/Rejoindre/Suivant, et l il y a Carte de crédit/débit , PayPal , Utiliser une carte cadeau

    et c'est l que je bloque car je veux acheter le Gold avec l'argent que j'ai sur mon compte Microsoft qui a actuellement 84CHF
