Compte microsoft banni par EA [Mod Translation-Microsoft account banned by EA]

Aujourd'hui je décide de jouer Apex Legends sur ma xbox. Impossibilité de se connecter, le compte est invalide. Je contacte le chat EA. J'apprends que EA m'a bloqué toute possibilité de jouer des jeux EA avec mon gamertag. J'ai
en effet supprimé mon compte EA il y a quelques semaines. Celui ci était associé mon gamertag. La suppression d'un compte EA supprime également la possibilité de jouer dans le futur des jeux EA avec ce gamertag. Il est impossible de dissocier le compte
ancien EA supprimé, pour associer le nouveau compte EA que j'ai créé aujourd'hui pour jouer Apex.

C'est une pratique que je n'apprécie pas, EA m'a banni le compte microsoft pour la simple raison que j'ai osé supprimer un compte EA. Je ne savais pas qu'une telle pratique était possible.

It's a practice that I do not like, EA has banned the microsoft account for the simple reason that I dared to delete an EA account.
I did not know that such a practice was possible.

Hello, so whenever we have accounts from one platform linked to another, and we will delete the account that is with another linked account, it is interesting that you unlink them first and then do the process of deleting
the account. For example, if I have my Xbox account linked to the Site Residentevil.net and
i intend to delete my account from Residentevil.net, the first thing I should do is unlink my Xbox account, My Steam Account and my PSN account there then delete the account from the Residentevil.net, any platform you're going to delete from now on do this.

Now a procedure you can try to do if you haven't tried is to grab your Xbox account and change something in your GT, and then try to link it into the new EA account and once linked, you go back to your Original GT, I believe
you can do this for free in Change Gamertag

Doesn't work. I changed my gamertag. Then I tried to link the EA account wit my microsoft account. "Microsoft account invalid". They banned my microsoft account.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but if you are dealing with a developer ban then you will need to get with the developers and publishers, in this case EA, to resolve the ban. There is nothing that Microsoft can do about EA banning your Microsoft
account from playing their games. If you've already contacted them, you will need to contact them again to confirm that they indeed banned your Microsoft account from playing their games. Your only other option would be to create a new Microsoft account and
start over.

As this is a developer issue and there is nothing that Microsoft can do about a developer ban, we will be locking this thread. If you have any other questions which we can answer, please go ahead and create a new thread but please do not create any duplicate
