!

-[Translation - Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to contact microsoft, to do this refunded the levy of 6.99 euros / month of the gold account which I do not enjoy.

I explain to the purchase of a slim Xbox 360 this Christmas on 24/2012 I connect my Xbox and I create an account Xbox live, enter my bank details (I signal in passing that it does not have first xbox , but this is the first or I enter the number
of my CB), for a free gold account 1 month, to provide tested the same evening demos for future purchases. The 24/01/2013 I receive a message on the Xbox asking me if I wanted to keep or canceled my account premium gold so it stops normal until then, but the
7/02/2013 I have the surprise to see on my account that a levy up to 6.99 eurosurvient, with the mention CB MCST * XBOX LI FACT 07/02/13, there I understand what it is so I go on my computer, I quickly throw a shot of Look in my mails, and I see a message
from Microsoft telling me that I had subscribed for a month extra to this famous gold account! Arff, not serious, a link below my message sends me to the termination let's go, I'm the steps to the letter so connect me to my account and I realize with stuppeur
that I am in "Member free "so I motivate myself and I continued the process of termination of this"[Mod Removed - Profanity] "account, it has ok confirmation email, phew!

The next month guess what appears on my account, I think you guessed: CB MCST * XBOX LI FACT 07/03/13, good there I think that I take for a ball, so I call it better, allo blablabla 6.99 euros are removed on my blah, ok ok no worries
we manage the crisis, good finally. In the meantime I'm moving, big brothel, and I'm working out in mid-April at my new home, well I do not have too much head in the account at that moment, until the month of June when I realize with stupor that on my statement
there is a small magic phrase CB MCST * XBOX LI FACT 07/06/13, HHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! is that one will not take me a little for a [Mod Removed - Profanity] *", suddenly I check my account and I was taken every month, I go to my account xbox live, I'm still
free-member, the nerfpas crisis for $ 7 but for the principle I do not like to be taken for a [Mod Removed - Profanity] well I call the hotline, hello, blablabla my account 6.99 euros since February blah blah, ok, I take care of your blablabla case ,. re-ouf.
July I finally have my identify and I can manage my bank account online, first page, er, hum hum HHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!! No doubt there they are looking for me, I call these gnoufs dessuite it starts to run on the bean!

-They: Hello, hello, what can I do for you? Me: (in my head, kind of [Mod Removed - Profanity]" you take me for a "[Mod Removed - Profanity] *") Hello, hello sir, blah blah, my problem blah

-Eux: no it is not possible if you are taken is that you necessarily had an account! Me: (in my head, he's looking for me or what?) Ok so that's normal? -We are going to check all that ... -Me: (in my head, it's that he would take me for the oeneur
this [Mod Removed - Profanity] *" I'll make him swallow the bank statements by phone me) uh, yes I beg you.

They: ah actually you are a free member, Me: I'm not crazy anyway! (Not in my head, in real life They: yes but you had to have a second account or another account xbox blablabla, -Me ( in my head, what does the maggot do to me?) so I'm supposed
to do it myself!

-What he's faking against your bank! (He said unloading all responsibility) Or so? (-Me: in my head lord, he was touched by grace!) I can do it live with you , Me: (in my head, well it's not too early) let's go! -Eux: good here is the problem is
set, you want us to also remove your bank details from our database? -Me: (in my head, yeah you're interested in the kidnapped and fissa!) No-but, heeuuu, yes please ... -Eux: that's thank you for your blah blah and good blah, -Me: yes thank you to the pleasure
(in my head not to see you again) pan! ooh

Phew saved good I was asking for a refund what seemed logical to me, but hey it's already good that they have solved the problem ... no you do not believe? Well no! Yesterday morning I check my bank statement online, and guess what was above
... still win a levy, well I'm full liquid, not even I call I do this morning: Them: hello, hello, what can I do for you,? -Me: tell me that you used to take people for fools? -Eux: no whyquel is your problem, -Me: my problem, I'll explain my problem, blah,
...- Them: ok we'll check this together ... yes you're a free member, but I can not do anything for you, you have to oppose your bank, blah, blah. Between my son, a year and a half ago, an assyet exploded on the ground, and I told him that I would call back
and hang up.

Well my question is in your opinion can I cherish the hope of being refunded, or is it worth it? In any case Tuesday I will oppose this levy but a question burns my fingers, is it normal for a company like microsoft aiun customer service also deplorable?

thank you in advance to those who will have the courage to read me.

Translation:

Gold with Gold games work the same way as on Playstation.
You must also maintain a PSN subscription to keep the games free.

Hello,

Your account does not show having a paid Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. If you redeemed a 2 day or a 14 day trial code then this does not change the symbol on your account from "Free" to "Gold". You stay a free member, but you gain access to gold features like
party chats, multiplayer public matchmaking.

If that is what you did then please test your connection to Xbox LIVE by following the directions below:

Go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Network Settings > Select your network type either Wired or Wireless > Test Connection to Xbox LIVE. Once that test has completed, wait about 10 seconds and then try to go into a game, a party.

If you redeemed a 1 month, 3 month, or 12 month code on your account and you're not seeing your account as being a gold member then check your subscription history by visiting this page
here.

Bonjour,

ici.
