    Compromised Microsoft account, What Can i Do?


    Hello,

    My Microsoft account was hacked in the last three days, The first problem was that I received multiple emails with registration codes to the email address under which the account was registered, then the password and email was changed and i lost access. the person who got into my account added two-phase verification to the account under his email, so I can't change the password or email because the identity verification code goes to his email at which I don't have access to. at the moment I can't log in to that account and I can't even return it using the Microsoft support system, that's why I'm here asking, I don't know what to do anymore, I informed Microsoft support about this problem the day it happend but I still haven't received any answer or solution so far. is there still any possibility to return the account. I'm currently writing this from another Microsoft account because I've completely lost access to the hacked account and nothing that was recommended on the Microsoft support website works. is there still any possibility of recovery or is the account completely lost? The account was under the email of *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** before it was changed.

    If there was a case review and you didn't submit it yourself, then it sounds like your account has been compromised. You'll want to go through the

    Compromised Microsoft Account Solution     and contact support to see if they can do an unauthorized access investigation.

    Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

    All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
