    Compromised account still using reoccurring billing


    I reached out to Microsoft support about 3-4 months ago, terrible response times. After getting somewhere in a conversation the agent pushed it up and i didn't receive contact for months. I asked for them to canceling the billing on the account if they couldn't give me access back, providing all account information, card information etc. **** is wrong with Microsoft support, the chargers have continued going through and the live agents seems to be incapable of responding using their brain capacity instead of a **** written down list of responses.

    Hi,

    you should take the easy way. Tell your bank to block those charges and charge back as much as they can.

    There is a time limit of course. Afterwards they should give you a new card number.

    Hello, Xbox Live Ultimate uses reoccurring billing so it would need to be paid via a debit/credit card or paypal. If not then you can buy a scratch off card and pay that way BUT Only if you dont already have an account set up on reoccurring billing because it wont work. It will still be asked to pay via the methods explained above.

    Since you are not seeing the charge on your account, you will have to call your bank and ask them to cancel this charge.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to ask your grandson to cancel the subscription on his end.

    Please ask him to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services so eh can cancel it.
